Dear Manuel,

I am hereby sending you this document, in the name of the owners' community members including myself, of the above mentioned building, to thank you and to transmit our happiness due to the magnificent completion of the urbanization and the way you (as the driving force) and your company operate. We would also like to transmit our gratitude to your technical department and all the companies and individuals that have collaborated to building this site.

As the community president, I have communicated to all members that I would like to thank you and your company for the offer to pay for the costs of the plants in the communal area, and that that was the missing cherry of such a great cake.
